• Service fees will be communicated upfront before engagement begins
• Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of engagement
• Government fees such as stamp duty and registration charges are separate from our professional fees
• All fees are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law

5. Limitation of Liability

Our legal opinions are based on the documents and information provided to us. While we exercise due diligence in our verification and vetting process, we shall not be liable for any losses arising from information not disclosed to us, forgery that is undetectable through standard legal verification, or changes in law occurring after the date of our opinion. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
