Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If you wish to cancel an engagement before we have commenced work on your matter, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. Please notify us within 24 hours of your payment to request a cancellation.

2. Partial Completion of Services

If you wish to cancel an engagement after work has commenced but before completion, a proportionate fee will be charged based on the work completed. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

3. Completed Services

Once a legal opinion, verification report, or vetting report has been delivered, or once property registration has been completed, fees are non-refundable as the professional service has been fully rendered.

4. Government Fees

Stamp duty, registration fees, and other government charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable as these are paid directly to government authorities and cannot be recovered.

5. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns before requesting a refund. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve any issues.

6. How to Request a Refund
